Pecan Pie Muffins

I wanted to try this recipe for my dear husband because he loves pecan pie. Well, I will say that these pecan pie muffins are to die for!!!

Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup all purpose flour.


Chop 1 cup of pecans to your desired consistency and add them to the dry mixture.


Beat 2 eggs until foamy and add 1 cup melted butter. Mix this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Bake in muffin tins/cups @ 350 for 20-25 mins or until done.
