I bought this mini loaf pan a long time ago, but it's one of those things that just sit in the cabinet. Well, I brought it out and baked banana nut bread. I forgot how much I liked this pan. They are the perfect size.
I may try my hand at mini pound cakes next.

Ooowe! I like banana nut bread, wish I had some right now with my coffee.,, those mini's wouldn't be too many..calories????lol,Martha I mean Holly,how bout' slip one in the carry all to Callaway,huh.
