Lasagna Rolls

These are a few pictures of the Lasagna Rolls I made tonight. I sorta changed around my menu for this week and these ended up tonight's dinner. They were super easy and soooo easy to serve. Just make your lasagna sauce to your liking; in another bowl mix ricotta and mozzarella cheese together, layer that on top of a cooked lasagna noodle.
Roll those up and place in a baking dish. My dish held 9 rolls.

Cover rolls with remaining cheese and sauce then sprinkle mozzarella over the top.

I baked mine at 350 until it was bubbly and the cheese was melted.

It serves so easy and stays together. It was a hit!
