Exciting, right? LOL!
I didn't have all the ingredients for my "normal" salad, so I used what I had.
Which was:
chicken (white meat)
pineapple & juice
chopped nuts
mayo
chopped bell pepper
It turned out GREAT!!
It's different, but really good!

...I made Chicken Salad!
Exciting, right? LOL!

Yeah, I thought I'd be smart and delete some photos from flickr...anywho, when you do that, they remove from the blog too!! DUH!!! Now I know!!
