This is my new Cuisinart Custom Prep 11 Food Processor! Ain't she a beaut!
My MIL gave it to me for Christmas.
I used it for the first time yesterday and it did take some getting use to. Everything has to be just right or it doesn't work. It has an 11 cup work bowl with an extra large feed tube. It comes with two slicing and shredding discs and two metal mixing and chopping blades. This thing should give me years of enjoyment...
This is the new recipe I'm trying.
