Chewy Cake
1 stick butter
1 box light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
2 c. chopped pecans
Melt butter, stir in sugar and let cool. Add eggs, vanilla, flour and pecans.
Mix well. Sprinkle a few chopped pecans on top.
Bake in a greased 9 x13 pan @ 350 for 30 min.
Trevor loves this dish. I made it this weekend and it didn't last long!

I know how Trev likes his "SWEETS".
Chewy cake is one of my favs also.
"BUT", doesn't lend itself to accompany "SOUP DIET".lol.
Hope there wasn't any more "hangem'high" for the elephant
or Ruby????? or any other members of Carter Kids animal kingdom.
